How do you keep up with Mail while traveling in your RV?

One big concern we had when we first hit the road was keeping up with postal mail.

There is a wonderful answer - mail forwarding services. There are a number of these services available. The service we use is provided by the escapees RV club. The service will send your mail to you wherever you are or are going to be. You can forward mail to another address (like a relative) or to a general delivery address.

TIP: If using a general delivery address you should have mail forwarded to a specific Post Office branch - sending mail to 'General Delivery, Minneapolis, MN' would be a bad thing. There are a lot of branches in the general area of Minneapolis, plus, you really don't want to take your RV into the center of town to hunt for the main Post Office. An address such as 'General Delivery, Burnsville, MN, 55337' would direct the mail to a specific branch.
