Avocado mashed (1)
Sour cream. (8 oz.)
Lean ground beef fried with taco seasoning (1 lb.)
Shredded lettuce (1/2 head)
Shredded cheese (8 oz. sharp) cheddar
Schopped tomatoes (2 medium)
Chopped black and/or green olives (1/2 cup)
Salsa (hot or mild - to taste)


Preparation
The amounts are suggestions - everyone has different likes and dislikes. Vary the recipe to include more or less of your favorites.
Spread the ingredients evenly on a serving plate in the order given. Serve with taco chips.
