Jalapeno Peppers stuffed with cheese and crab meat. From foodfreeway.com These grilled peppers are just super, and not as hot as you would expect (if done correctly). Ingredients: 16 Jalapeno peppers Slice the peppers length-wise but do not cut into two pieces. Remove the pepper seeds and the webbing inside the pepper. Stuff the pepper with the crab and cheese mixture, wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Grill the peppers over a medium hot bed of coals until the bacon is done - the cheese should be melted and the pepper cooked. Serve and watch the smiles - this is a great treat. Makes 16 peppers.
